Search Terms
When a visitor types a name or location into a search tool, that query is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Montgomery County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's own terms and privacy policy govern its handling of a submitted query.
Messages Sent to Us
If a visitor sends an email or other contact message, we may retain the name, email address, and message content needed to respond and manage the correspondence. We do not share that message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
